Matthew Jackson Dip. F.S.
Managing Director and Worcester Funeral Director
Matt started in the funeral profession over 10 years ago, gaining experience and training with The Co-Operative Funeralcare in Worcester, Evesham and Malvern. He then developed his experience and learnt the personal aspect of care with E Hill & Son Funeral Directors in Pershore. During this time he passed his Certificate in Funeral Services and Diploma in Funeral Services.
Matthew and Laura have two young children Phoebe and Thomas who attend school and childminders local to Pershore. As a family they spend time visiting local national trust properties, zoos, the cinema and local events.
Client Relations Director
Laura assisted Matt in the founding of the company in 2018. Whilst the company was finding its feet Laura continued her role in customer services in the private sector.
Following the acquisition of Andrew Phillips Funeral Services, Laura has now joined the company full time to ensure our business is offering the high level of service quality and ensuring all families receive the best care possible.
Operations Director and Upton Funeral Director
Mark started in the funeral profession over 30 years ago, originally for a large company in London and then in the independent sector throughout the country. Mark owned his own funeral directors, Campion and New in Evesham before moving across to serve the community at M Presland Funeral Directors in Upton-upon-Severn, owned by Dignity Plc. He has a wealth of experience in traditional and bespoke services and is well known for his focus on family care. Mark is a family man with a great love of dogs. We welcome Mark’s vision and passion for his vocation and he really has become a firm foundation in our company.
Malvern Funeral Director
Tracey began her funeral career with the same national funeral company as Mark, and Sylvia before moving to the independent setting of Andrew Phillips Funeral Service.
She helped Andrew manage the day to day running of the business as well as performing her role of funeral director. Her personality matches that of the Jackson Family team with a focus on providing high levels of family care. This shows that any bespoke funeral request or larger congregation can be dealt with in a calm but structured approach.
Having moved across to the Jackson Family team during the acquisition, Tracey will be working closely with Matthew to ensure families that have been cared for by both companies receive the same high level of professional service.

Christina is the owner of Prime Mix Marketing in Worcester. Christina began working with Jackson Family as an advisor for marketing budgets and assisting with social media.
After a few months of building a relationship between the two companies it became apparent that Christina’s experience and approach to sensitive advertising helped to show the public how Jackson Family is different from other funeral directors.
Christina now manages all marketing communications allowing our funeral directors to focus on what matters to them… the families they serve.

Social Media Manager
Stephanie was working with Christina at Prime Mix Marketing and assisted Matthew with the management of our social media accounts.
Since the company foundations Matthew has used the social media platforms of Facebook and Twitter to show the public that talking about funerals is no longer a taboo subject.
With Stephanie’s experience of social media presence, and her passion to show how the Jackson Family company are challenging the public’s perceptions, she now manages all platforms through her own company, SD Social Media Solutions.
